I opened the 0809uchoose page and it’s indicatinging that it’s no more avaivalable, and that i can get it by firstly having my passcode. So, how can i get my passcode when they said it’s no more available??

If you use the telephone reservation feature, you can get your passcode.

I just returned from one of the redemption centers above: Sweet Sensation, #14, Town Plannig Way, Ilupeju. I had to fill up a sheet of paper with the following details: Name, current phone number, reserved phone number, passcode, occupation etc. I was that a text message will be sent to my phone to confirm when I will pick up the card, latest tomorrow. I’ll holla back with an update once I pick up.
The above process is called ‘registration’ according to information I gathered.
I suppose the above will be the same procedure for other redemption centers. The Etisalat guys at Sweet sensation would key-in your details unto an excel sheet which I suppose they would take back to their base and collect the sim cards for registrants at their redemption point.

I went to retrieve my number, but the number i reserved was not found. i was then given another number and was told to reactivate after 24 hours. i waited till i recieved a message confirming that i can now load the card. i did but received a message that my sim is not registered. the problem is that i don’t even know the number they gave me, but the sim pack number is 8923400008800909136. pls assist me! I also want to know if people can still reserve numbers.

I think the reservation process is over. Only those who have reserved a number can go and collect their sim cards free of charge. Please I do not reserve phone numbers for people.

find a redemption center closest to you, and you can redeem your reserved sim from there.
